The supplied hardware kit includes all of the brackets, bolts, washers, and CNC machined fittings for installation. This is an industry-exclusive feature to the CSF x VF Engineering design, and was extremely difficult to not only engineer, but to manufacture as well. An array of items come vacuum packaged with corresponding letters listed on an easy to use Bill-of-Materials List (BOM) along with exploded diagrams and a simple order of operation procedure list to follow for installation. Made with mechanics, technicians, racers and DIY enthusiasts in mind. This is a Racing Product and intended to be installed only by a skilled and experience technician who is familiar with the B58 engine platform
With the largest and most efficient intercooler performance, lower pressure drop, port injection, and other industry-leading features, the CSF Race X Manifold allows Gen 2 B58 owners to maximize performance.
The CSF #8400 Cooling product is designed to be a "Drop-In Fit" application. The product will install in the OEM Location with no modifications necessary unless otherwise noted or instructions are included in the product package. Please see the manufacturer repair manual for standard installation instructions. If you do not feel confident installing this product CSF recommends taking it to a qualified installation facility.
- Core can be setup for dual or single pass: The -16 ORB bung on front water end plate can be used to adjust the flow configuration to single-pass and/or to be used with an ice-box setup. Includes CNC machined plug for dual-pass configuration
- Utilizes a High Performance, Motorsports-Grade Bar/Plate Air-to-Water Intercooler Core - 25% larger than the standard Gen-2 B58 Super Manifold (CSF#8200) - 15 Rows of Water Cooling vs. CSF #8200 12 Rows and OEM 6 Rows
- Individual 1/8" NPT Ports on the Top of Each Cylinder Runner for Nitrous or Meth Injection - Allows for Even Spray Distribution and Control for Maximum Performance
